“I still remember the early days,” Reema shares. “There were no grand resources, just a vision and every minute of my time. But what I discovered along the way was that when women come together, they can create magic.”


IWD has grown into a multifaceted platform, offering everything from professional networking opportunities through the Indian Women Network (IWN) to collaborations for creators via the Indian Influencer Network (IIN). Reema’s leadership has also paved the way for impactful events like the IWD Awards, Business Conclaves, and hands-on workshops that provide members with tools for personal and professional growth.

Through her journey in Dubai, Reema has not only built a thriving community but has also evolved personally. “This journey has been a constant source of inspiration for me,” she says. “Every woman I meet, every story I hear, reminds me why I started IWD in the first place. Their resilience fuels my drive to keep going.”
